Is it a 3D scan?
No. We rebuild the flat in 3D from your photos and floor plan. In our test against a laser scan, room sizes came within 10 cm. Furniture and finishes are matched to your photos, so they're close but not exact.
What do I need to send?
The listing link and your email. That's all. No floor plan? Room measurements work too, and if you have neither we'll ask. We don't need a visit or keys.
How long does it take?
Within 48 hours of getting your photos. You get a free preview link first, so you can look round before you decide.
What if a room is wrong?
Tell us what's off and we'll fix it. Fixes are free for as long as the tour is hosted.
Who builds the tours?
We do: each one is built to your floor plan and checked against every photo before you see it.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Published tours carry your logo and colours on the tour page. The link you put on the portals is a clean, unbranded version.
How long is it hosted?
12 months from when you publish, included in the price. We'll email you before it ends.
Who owns the photos and the tour?
Your photos stay yours, and we only use the ones you send or ask us to use. You can use the tour and the MP4 anywhere you market that property. We'll never show it as an example without asking.
What do I get for £149?
